Negative Underwear makes superbly comfy clothes to lounge in, and we love the full coziness of this high-waisted boxer. We also especially recommend these if you've had abdominal surgery with a significant incision; if so, you’ll likely have a sensitive incision—and it’s very possible that even your favorite, softest underwear won’t hit in the right place. Every person is different, but often a very high-waisted pair that goes entirely over the incision (so the end of the underwear doesn’t hit the incision) will be the comfiest.
