Why We Love It

We love items that are custom designed for surgery recovery, but there’s something really great about a regular item that just happens to be perfect for whatever your recuperation needs. In our her product guide for Jadey, Jean Hannah Edelstein mentioned that one of her favorite recovery garments, following her mastectomy, was an Athleta zip-up hoodie that “had, unintentionally I think, inside pockets that fit drains perfectly.” As she says: “The additional garments to carry drains, or the belts, are very depressing and they’re never going to be aesthetic ever. You don't need to buy a fancy one, just save your money."
